Who can take part

  • You must be 50 years old or older.
  • You must have a doctor's diagnosis of geographic atrophy (GA) due to age-related macular degeneration (AMD).
  • The area of GA in your eye must be between 1.25 and 23 square millimeters, which your doctor can measure.
  • You must be able to tolerate eye imaging tests.
  • You cannot have wet (neovascular) AMD or any other retinal disease that could confuse the results.
  • You have not had injections into the eye for geographic atrophy (such as Syfovre).
