Who can take part
- You are 60 years old or older.
- You have geographic atrophy caused by age-related macular degeneration (AMD).
- Your vision in the study eye is between 20/40 and 20/320 (or better than 20/200 for the second part of the study).
- The size of the GA lesion in your study eye is between 2.5 and 17.5 mm² (or 2.5 and 14.0 mm² for the second part).
- You have not had any treatment for wet AMD in the study eye, and you have not had gene therapy in either eye.
