  • You are a woman between the ages of 40 and 55
  • You have been through menopause
  • You have had foot or ankle pain for at least 3 months
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 24.9
  • You can walk without any walking aids
  • You have no major medical conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, or kidney disease
