Who can take part
- Be 18 years or older with a confirmed advanced solid tumor (like head and neck, lung, colorectal, or kidney cancer).

- Have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans, and be well enough to carry out daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).

- Have adequate organ function, including a healthy heart (ejection fraction over 50%), and no major health conditions like uncontrolled heart failure, recent stroke, or active infections.
- You must agree to use effective contraception if you are of childbearing potential, and not be pregnant or breastfeeding.
