  • Aged 18 to 25 years
  • Artistic jump rope athlete with at least 2 years of regular training
  • Physically healthy with no conditions that could affect exercise safety
  • No recent or current muscle, joint, or bone injuries
  • Not taking certain medications or supplements in the last week
  • Able to complete all study procedures, including wearing a blood flow restriction cuff and blood lactate testing
