Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 60 years old
- You have a confirmed genetic result showing SCA1 or SCA3
- Your ataxia is moderate, meaning you have noticeable balance or coordination problems
- You have been on a stable treatment plan, including physical therapy, for at least 3 months
- You are able to read at a 6th grade level and speak English
- You do not have other serious health issues like epilepsy or severe psychiatric problems
