  • Aged 18 or older
  • Diagnosed with immune-mediated necrotizing myopathy (IMNM)
  • Test positive for anti-SRP or anti-HMGCR antibodies
  • Tried standard treatment and the disease is still active
  • Adequate organ function (heart, lungs, kidneys, liver)
  • Willing to use effective contraception for up to 1 year
