Who can take part

  • You are between 15 and 55 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with MS using the 2017 McDonald criteria.
  • For the active MS group: you have had recent disease activity (like new lesions on MRI or a relapse in the last year) and are starting or about to start certain MS medications.
  • For the progressive MS group: you have not had relapses in the last two years and have shown progressive disability or brain volume loss.
  • You are eligible for MRI scans (no medical reason you cannot have one).
