Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have chronic insomnia: trouble sleeping at least 3 nights a week for 3 months or more, and it affects your daytime function.
  • Your insomnia severity score is 15 or higher, and you have low levels of depression and anxiety (both below 10 on standard questionnaires).
  • You can attend 10 sessions over 2 weeks and a follow-up visit a month later.
  • You are comfortable using a smartphone and a wearable sleep band for the study.
