Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 35 years old
- You have had pain from jumper's knee for more than one month
- Your knee pain is at least a 4 out of 10 on a standard pain scale
- You have not had knee surgery in the last 6 months
- You have not had a corticosteroid injection for knee pain in the last 3 months
- You do not have other chronic knee conditions, a recent knee injury, or a systemic illness
