Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 45 years old
- You have been diagnosed with patellar tendinitis (pain at the tendon below your kneecap)
- Your knee pain level is between 3 and 7 on a 0-10 scale (moderate)
- You have not had knee surgery in the past year
- You do not have other knee problems (like arthritis, infection, or tumor) or conditions that affect leg strength or mobility
- You are willing to sign a consent form and follow the treatment and check-up schedule
