  • You have type 2 diabetes that has been diagnosed for at least 6 months.
  • You have painful nerve damage from diabetes (painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy).
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You are willing to take the supplement and attend the education sessions.
  • You do not have severe kidney or liver problems, and you are not allergic to cinnamon.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you are not participating in another clinical trial.
