Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must be planning to receive a stem cell transplant from a donor (any type of donor is okay).
  • You must have a diagnosis of AML, CML (in certain phases), MDS, ALL (with high-risk features), or be having a transplant as standard care.
  • You must be in reasonably good health, able to do most daily activities (performance status score above 70).
  • You must not have primary myelofibrosis (during the first part of the study, but may be eligible later).
