Who can take part
- You are 18 to 69 years old
- You have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis
- You are currently taking a disease-modifying antirheumatic drug (DMARD) or biologic therapy
- If you take corticosteroids (like prednisone), the dose must be 10 mg or less per day and stable for at least one month
- You do not have other autoimmune rheumatic diseases (except Sjögren's associated with RA)
- You do not have other inflammatory joint diseases (like gout, psoriatic arthritis, reactive arthritis, or Lyme disease)
- You have normal kidney function (eGFR ≥ 60)
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
- You do not have severe uncontrolled heart, lung, liver, endocrine (including diabetes), or gut disease
- You weigh no more than 150 kg
- You have no history of alcoholism or drug abuse in the past 6 months
- You are willing to provide written informed consent
