Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 71 years old.
- You have triple negative breast cancer that is advanced (spread or cannot be removed).
- Your tumor does not have certain markers (PD-L1 low, BRCA negative) and you have already tried an ADC (antibody-drug conjugate) and it stopped working.
- You have fresh tumor tissue (about 200 mg) that has been sent to the study company for analysis.
- You have measurable disease on a CT or MRI scan taken within 21 days of starting treatment.
- You have good performance status (ECOG 0 or 1) and adequate organ function (blood counts, liver, kidney, etc.).
