Brain Signals to Guide Depression Treatment

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder (clinical depression) confirmed by a doctor's interview
  • Your depression is currently moderate to severe (not mild)
  • You have tried at least two adequate courses of antidepressant medication without sufficient improvement
  • You can speak and understand English well enough to complete study visits and questionnaires
  • Your antidepressant doses have been stable for at least 4 weeks, or you have been off all psychiatric medications for at least 4 weeks
