Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with Waldenstrom macroglobulinemia (a type of lymphoma).
- You have had at least one prior treatment for WM and have tried a BTK inhibitor (a targeted therapy).
- Your disease is actively progressing, shown by rising IgM levels, new or growing tumors, or symptoms like severe fatigue, night sweats, or nerve problems.
- You are 18 or older, with a life expectancy of at least 6 months, and are generally well enough to carry out daily activities (ECOG 0-2).
- Your blood counts and organ function are within certain limits (e.g., platelets, kidney and liver function).
- You do not have certain conditions such as transformation to a more aggressive lymphoma, myelodysplastic syndrome, or untreated hepatitis B or C.
