Who can take part
- Your child is between 3 and 12 years old.
- Your child is having planned (not emergency) surgery that needs general anesthesia.
- The surgery will last between 30 minutes and 2 hours (30-120 minutes).
- Your child will receive propofol as the main anesthesia medicine (instead of gas).
- Your child does not have neurological problems, developmental delays, or liver/kidney issues.
- Your child is not overweight (above the 95th percentile for their age).
