Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 50 years old and have been diagnosed with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis.
- You have not taken steroids for at least 3 months before joining the study.
- You have never taken any disease-modifying treatments for multiple sclerosis.
- You are over 18 and have had an ischemic stroke within the last 24 hours.
- You do not have any other neurological or autoimmune disease (for the MS group).
- You do not have signs of infection, or a history of immune or blood disease (for the stroke group).
