Who can take part
- Your disability is from your first stroke (either type) or from a small vessel brain injury, confirmed by a brain scan.
- It has been less than 1 month since your stroke or less than 3 months since a small vessel brain injury.
- You need to be admitted to a rehabilitation hospital.
