Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 64 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 25 and 35, which means you are overweight or have mild obesity.
  • You can read and write.
  • You are willing to participate voluntarily.
  • You are not currently in another weight loss program, not taking weight loss medication, and not pregnant.
  • You do not have severe mental health or thinking problems, and you can do physical activity.
