Who can take part

  • You must have a confirmed diagnosis of functional neurological disorder (FND).
  • You must have lower limb weakness that makes walking difficult, such as trouble crossing a street before the light changes.
  • Your symptoms must have started at least 30 days ago.
  • You must not have had prior treatment with transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) for FND.
  • You must be medically stable enough to participate in physical therapy and not have other conditions that would interfere.
