Who can take part

  • You have AML or multiple myeloma that has come back or not responded to treatment, and no other treatment options are available.
  • You are not currently receiving any cancer treatment (but you can join if you're off treatment).
  • Your disease shows measurable signs in your blood (or you agree to bone marrow tests if you have AML).
  • You are able to care for yourself (performance status 0, 1, or 2).
  • You have adequate liver and kidney function (based on blood tests).
  • You do not have an active infection or severe nerve problems (like neuropathy).
  • If you can become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test and be willing to use birth control.
