  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You are generally healthy, or you have a urea cycle disorder that the study is targeting.
  • If you can become pregnant or get someone pregnant, you must use reliable birth control during the study.
  • You are willing to give informed consent and follow all study rules.
  • You have not taken any experimental treatment in the last 3 months or 5 half-lives (whichever is longer).
  • You are not currently participating in another interventional clinical trial.
