Who can take part
- You must have a confirmed type of large B-cell lymphoma that has returned or not improved after at least one prior treatment.
- You need to be 18 years or older.
- You should have at least one measurable tumor (a lymph node larger than 1.5 cm or other site larger than 1 cm).
- You must be generally able to care for yourself (ECOG performance status 0–2).
- Your heart, liver, kidney, and blood counts must be within acceptable limits, though transfusions are allowed for low blood counts.
- You must not have lymphoma that has spread to the brain or spinal cord, and you must not have certain other serious conditions like active infections or severe heart/lung disease.
