Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have a type of large B-cell lymphoma that has come back or did not respond to at least one previous treatment.
  • You need to have at least one measurable tumor (a lymph node larger than 1.5 cm or another spot larger than 1 cm).
  • You should be able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0-2).
  • Your heart, kidney, liver, and blood cell counts must be within acceptable ranges.
  • You cannot have lymphoma that has spread to the brain or spinal cord, or have had certain recent treatments like CAR T-cell therapy or stem cell transplants.
