Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with one of: pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) with or without emphysema, or interstitial lung disease.
  • Your oxygen levels drop by more than 3% during exercise.
  • You are on a stable medication plan with no changes for at least 14 days before the study.
  • You do not need extra oxygen at rest, and your blood oxygen level is not severely low (PaO2 is not below 6.9 kPa).
  • You are able to exercise and follow the study procedures.
