Study of two drugs for newly diagnosed brain tumors

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a newly diagnosed high-grade glioma (a type of brain tumor) that has not been treated before.
  • Your doctor expects you to be able to undergo standard treatment including 6 weeks of radiation.
  • You have had surgery to remove as much of the tumor as possible, and an MRI within 72 hours after surgery.
  • You are generally able to care for yourself (a score of at least 70% on the Karnofsky scale).
