- You are 18 years or older
- If you are healthy, you must be in good overall health
- If you have cancer, you must have a solid tumor at any stage
- You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding

- You must not have had recent chemotherapy that changes blood test results, and your kidney and liver function must be within study limits
