Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have had nasal polyps for at least 12 months, and you have ongoing symptoms like nasal blockage and reduced sense of smell.
- You have had nasal surgery for polyps, or you have used steroid pills or injections for polyps in the past year (but not in the last 3 months).
- Your nasal polyps are rated as severe by the study doctor.
- You have been using a prescription nasal steroid spray or wash every day for at least 8 weeks.
- You are not a smoker, and if you quit, it must have been more than 6 months ago.
