Flossband and movement therapy for shoulder mobility in volleyball players

This study tests two simple techniques—flossband and a type of movement therapy—to see if they can improve shoulder mobility in volleyball players. If you play volleyball and have no recent shoulder pain or injuries, you may be able to join.

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 50 years old.
  • You play volleyball (indoor or beach) at an amateur or professional level.
  • You train at least twice a week.
  • You have not had shoulder pain in the past 3 months.
  • You have never had shoulder surgery, a fracture, labral tear, or dislocated shoulder.
  • You do not have skin problems (like eczema, open wounds) or blood vessel issues (like clots) in your shoulder area.
