Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have suspected obstructive sleep apnea (based on high scores on the ESS or STOP-BANG sleep questionnaires).
- You must not have had a cold, flu, or other upper respiratory infection in the last month.
- You must not be a current smoker.
- You must not have a history of head or neck cancer.
- You must not have active respiratory, neurological, or psychiatric disorders (and you must not be currently taking psychiatric medication).
