  • Be 18 years or older
  • Have a confirmed diagnosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma
  • Cancer must be at a specific stage (T1b-3, N+, M0)
  • Be in good overall health (ECOG score 0-1)
  • Have adequate bone marrow, liver, kidney, blood clotting, and thyroid function
  • Not have active autoimmune disease, require immunosuppressive therapy, have uncontrolled organ disease or active infection, or be pregnant or breastfeeding
