AI-guided treatment for HER2-positive breast cancer

Breast Cancer

Treatments studied

Part of Cancer, Skin clinical trials.

This trial tests whether an artificial intelligence model can help doctors choose the best targeted therapy before surgery for HER2-positive breast cancer (a type of breast cancer with a protein called HER2). The goal is to improve how well the treatment works and reduce side effects.

NCT05582499Recruiting· Phase 2
Neoadjuvant treatment study for certain breast cancers

This Phase 2 study tests a “precision platform” approach—treatment before surgery—based on specific test results from your breast tumor. It may help determine whether the treatment plan works better for people with particular breast cancer subtypes and healthy organ function.

Comparing new drug SHR-A1811 to standard therapy for HER2+ breast cancer

This trial tests a new antibody-drug conjugate, SHR-A1811, against the combination of pyrotinib and capecitabine in people with HER2-positive advanced breast cancer that no longer responds to trastuzumab (Herceptin). Researchers want to see if SHR-A1811 works better than the standard treatment.

NCT07305246Not yet recruiting· Phase 2
Study of SHR-A1811 with or without letrozole before surgery for early breast cancer

This trial tests a new drug called SHR-A1811, given either alone or with the hormone therapy letrozole, before surgery for women with early-stage breast cancer that is hormone receptor positive and HER2-low. The goal is to see if this treatment can shrink the tumor before surgery.

NCT07047443Not yet recruiting· Phase 2
SHR-1811 plus carboplatin for advanced HER2 breast cancer

This trial tests a new drug, SHR-1811, combined with carboplatin for advanced breast cancer that has HER2 expression (including low levels). It is for people who have already tried standard treatments and their cancer has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.

NCT06483386Not yet recruiting· Phase 2
Targeted therapy before surgery for HER2-positive breast cancer

This trial tests a combination of two targeted drugs (pyrotinib and trastuzumab) plus chemotherapy (capecitabine) given before surgery to shrink HER2-positive breast cancer. The goal is to see if this treatment can make the cancer disappear before surgery.
