Who can take part

  • You are 10 years old or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis.
  • You had posterior spinal fusion and instrumentation between 6 months and 3 years ago.
  • You have not had other types of spinal surgery or previous spine operations.
  • You do not have other severe medical conditions affecting your muscles, nerves, or bones.
  • You are not currently in another physiotherapy-supervised rehab program.
  • Your doctor confirms that your bones have healed well enough to participate.
