This trial is testing whether a new drug called CT7439 can help people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to other treatments. It is a phase 1/2 study that also checks the drug's safety and how well it works.
This trial tests an experimental pill (FS-207) for people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic marker called MSI-H (high microsatellite instability) or dMMR. If you have already had immunotherapy that didn't work, this drug might help by attacking cancer cells in a new way.
This trial tests an oral drug called NBM-BMX for people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to other treatments, or for people with newly diagnosed glioblastoma (a type of brain cancer). The study aims to see if the drug is safe and effective.
