This trial studies recovery and function after surgery to relieve a pinched nerve in the neck (posterior cervical decompression). It may help people with ongoing arm pain learn which rehab approach improves daily function.
This study looks at how cost-effective (good value for the money) anterior neck disc surgery is for people with nerve or spinal cord symptoms. If you need this type of operation, it may help doctors better choose treatments and plan healthcare resources.
This study looks at what factors help predict better neck pain after a specific type of neck surgery called ACDF. If you have a degenerative neck condition and are scheduled for this surgery, the results could help doctors understand what leads to the best pain relief.
This trial tests a specific neck movement retraining program to improve joint awareness and daily function in people with chronic cervical radiculopathy (nerve irritation in the neck). It may help if you have had neck pain that goes into your arm for at least 3 months.
This trial compares two types of artificial disc implants used for certain neck problems. It may help people who have tried non-surgical treatments but still have ongoing nerve symptoms or spinal cord issues from a damaged disc in the neck.
