Early treatment for exercise-related lung pressure
Treatments studied
Part of Heart & circulation, Lungs & breathing, Skin clinical trials.
This trial tests an inhaled medicine that may help people with lung scarring or connective tissue disease who have high blood pressure in the lungs only during exercise. It aims to improve their ability to be active and reduce symptoms.

This trial tests whether an inhaled medication called treprostinil (which helps open blood vessels in the lungs) can improve exercise ability in people who get high blood pressure in the lungs only during exercise. Participation involves taking the medication and doing exercise tests to see how well you do.
This program provides access to an inhaled medication called treprostinil for people who have pulmonary hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs) related to interstitial lung disease (a type of lung scarring). The treatment aims to improve symptoms and quality of life.
This study tests an inhaled powder medication called TPIP (treprostinil palmitil inhalation powder) to see if it can improve symptoms and exercise ability in people who have both interstitial lung disease and pulmonary hypertension. The study will compare TPIP against a placebo (a dummy treatment without the active drug) to understand how well it works and if it is safe.
This study tests a new dry powder inhaled medicine called LIQ861 for people with pulmonary hypertension related to lung scarring (PH-ILD). If you are already taking an inhaled treprostinil treatment but need better control, this trial may help you switch to a potentially easier-to-use version.
This study tests a drug called treprostinil to see if it is safe and effective for people with intermediate-risk pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), a condition of high blood pressure in the lungs. If you join, you may receive the study drug along with your usual PAH medications, which could help improve your symptoms and slow the disease.
This study tests whether taking injected treprostinil together with riociguat can improve how the heart and lung blood vessels work in people with advanced pulmonary artery hypertension (PAH). It may help improve blood-flow measurements and the structure of the heart.
