Pumitamig before surgery for early-stage lung cancer
Treatments studied
Part of Cancer, Lungs & breathing clinical trials.
This trial tests a new drug called pumitamig given before surgery to people with early-stage non-small cell lung cancer. It aims to see if pumitamig is safe and tolerable, and might help shrink tumors before they are removed.

Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer (a type of lung cancer) that has not been treated yet.

- You are in good physical condition (able to do daily activities without significant help).

This trial tests whether giving new drugs (amivantamab plus either lazertinib or chemotherapy) before surgery helps people with a specific type of lung cancer that can be removed. The goal is to shrink tumors and improve surgery outcomes.
This trial tests two investigational drugs, BNT326 and BNT327, together in people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has spread or can't be cured with local treatment. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and might help shrink tumors.
This trial studies whether giving different cancer medicines before (and sometimes after) surgery improves outcomes for people with early-stage, operable lung cancer that has certain tumor markers. It may help by trying to shrink or control the cancer early and lower the chance it comes back.
This trial tests a new investigational drug called Pumitamig (BNT327) given with chemotherapy for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (Stage IV) that has continued to grow after one prior treatment with immunotherapy and platinum chemotherapy. The study aims to see if this combination is safe and can help shrink the cancer.
This trial compares an experimental drug called Pumitamig with the approved immunotherapy drug Pembrolizumab (Keytruda) as the first treatment for advanced lung cancer that has high PD-L1 levels. The goal is to see which drug works better and has fewer side effects.
This trial tests a new investigational drug combined with chemotherapy for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has not been treated before. The goal is to see if it is safe and works better than current treatments.
