Who can take part

  • Your lung cancer must be stage IIIB, IIIC, or IV (advanced or metastatic).
  • You must have a PD-L1 score of 50% or higher on your tumor sample.
  • You cannot have had any prior treatment for advanced lung cancer (like chemo or immunotherapy).
  • You must not have a specific gene mutation (like EGFR or ALK) that can be treated with a targeted therapy.
  • You cannot have untreated brain metastases, certain heart problems, or an active autoimmune disease.
