NCT07124936Recruiting· Phase 1/Phase 2
Study of new drug plus standard care for large B-cell lymphoma

This trial tests a new medicine called HDM2005 combined with standard treatments for adults with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). It aims to see if the combination works better than standard care alone, and is for patients either newly diagnosed with a certain risk score or those who have already tried one or more prior treatments.

NCT06693830Recruiting
Blood test guided treatment for newly diagnosed DLBCL

This trial studies whether using a blood test (ctDNA) can help guide treatment decisions for people with newly diagnosed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. It tests standard chemotherapy regimens (R-CHOP or R-pola-CHP) and aims to improve outcomes by monitoring tumor DNA in the blood.

NCT06748521Not yet recruiting· Phase 2
Blood test-guided targeted treatment for a common lymphoma

This study tests whether using a special blood test (ctDNA) to guide targeted therapy can improve outcomes for people with a type of lymphoma called DLBCL. If you qualify, you may receive a standard chemo-immunotherapy regimen (R-CHOP) possibly combined with other drugs, and your treatment plan may be adjusted based on your ctDNA levels.

NCT07714421Not yet recruiting· Phase 1
Combination treatment for older adults with large B cell lymphoma

This trial tests a new combination of drugs for people with a type of lymphoma called diffuse large B cell lymphoma, especially if you are older or not healthy enough for standard full-dose chemotherapy. The treatment includes two immunotherapy drugs (epcoritamab and polatuzumab) plus a reduced-intensity chemotherapy regimen (mini-CHP). The goal is to see if this combination is safe and effective for people who may not tolerate stronger treatments.

NCT06736613Recruiting· Phase 2
Blood test for tumor DNA in high-risk B-cell lymphoma

This trial uses a blood test to look for tumor DNA in people with high-risk B-cell lymphoma, to help predict if the lymphoma might spread to the brain or spinal cord. It may help doctors decide on extra treatments to prevent that spread.

NCT05831865Recruiting
Testing best first-line stem cell transplant for aggressive lymphoma

This trial studies the best way to use an early (frontline) stem cell transplant for high-risk, CD20-positive diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). It aims to improve outcomes by comparing treatment approaches designed for people with a higher risk score.
