New PET scan for advanced prostate cancer patients
This trial tests a new type of PET scan using a radioactive tracer called [68Ga]DOTA-IR-780-C-4 to see if it can find prostate cancer cells that express a protein called PSMA. If you have advanced prostate cancer that has stopped responding to standard treatments, this scan may help your doctor better understand your cancer and possibly guide future care.
