This study uses an AI tool to help doctors decide if you should be tested for pulmonary hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs), which can be a complication of interstitial lung disease. If the tool suggests you might have it, you may get an echocardiogram (an ultrasound of the heart) and a right heart catheterization (a test to measure pressure in the heart) to find out for sure.
