This study tests whether giving extra treatments with hyperbaric (pressure) oxygen after a leg amputation can improve healing or recovery. It’s meant for people whose amputation happened due to long-lasting infection or poor blood flow and who can attend follow-up visits.

This trial compares two common types of oral antibiotics to see which works better for bone infections below the knee. If you have a bone infection that needs at least 28 more days of treatment and you can take pills, this study may help find the best option for you.
