Testing a new cholesterol drug in children with high cholesterol
This trial tests if a new medicine, lerodalcibep, can safely lower cholesterol in children ages 6 to 17 who have a genetic condition called heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HeFH). It aims to help children whose cholesterol stays high despite taking standard cholesterol-lowering drugs.

Study of HST101 for high cholesterol in Chinese patients
This study tests a new injectable medication called HST101 for lowering cholesterol in people who are already taking cholesterol pills but still have high levels. It may help if you have heart disease or are at high risk.

Study drug follow-up for LDL reduction in high-risk cholesterol patients
This Phase 3 study looks at the long-term safety and benefit of OLE LIB003 for people with very high cholesterol or heart disease risk who still need lower LDL (“bad cholesterol”). It’s likely a continuation study for participants who already did earlier LIB003 Phase 3 trials.
