This trial tests whether injecting a steroid (methylprednisolone) directly into brain blood vessels after removing a stroke clot helps reduce brain swelling and improve recovery. You would be eligible if you had a large clot stroke in the front part of your brain that was successfully removed within the past 24 hours.
