Ketamine plus therapy for depression with suicidal thoughts
This study tests whether ketamine (a medication) combined with a specific type of therapy called DBT can help people with treatment-resistant depression and borderline personality disorder who are having thoughts of suicide. You would receive ketamine infusions alongside structured therapy sessions over 6 months.

This trial tests if ketamine can help people who have both depression and alcohol use disorder. You must be currently sober, have at least moderate depression, and be admitted to the hospital for addiction treatment.

Online therapy and IV ketamine for severe depression with suicide risk
This study tests whether adding an online therapy (i-CBT) to intravenous (IV) ketamine is better than IV ketamine alone for people with treatment-resistant depression who are also thinking about suicide. You'll receive either ketamine or a comparison drug (midazolam), plus the online therapy, in a hospital setting.

This trial tests how rezatapopt changes the way your body processes four common medicines (metformin, rosuvastatin, repaglinide, and midazolam) in people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific TP53 Y220C gene change. It helps doctors understand the right dose for future patients.
