- You have a recent blood test (CBC) from the past 12 months on file
- If you don't have sickle cell disease or chronic anemia: your hemoglobin level must be at least 10 g/dL (women) or 12 g/dL (men)
- If you have sickle cell disease or chronic anemia: your hemoglobin level must be at least 6 g/dL
- Urine donation has no hemoglobin requirements
