Who can take part

  • You have reduced numbers of certain immune cells (T cells, B cells, or NK cells) OR normal numbers but these cells don't work properly
  • You are at least 6 months old (if you're a patient or sibling) or at least 18 years old (if you're another biological relative like a parent or grandparent)
  • You do not have a previously diagnosed genetic immune condition
  • If you are an adult, you must be able to understand and consent to the study
  • You are not currently pregnant or breastfeeding
