Who can take part

  • You are age 18 or older
  • Your diagnosis of hairy cell leukemia was confirmed by a bone marrow test
  • If your leukemia has come back, you’ve only had 1 previous treatment (no more than one)
  • You can sign the informed consent form
  • You have no active infection and no HIV, hepatitis B, or hepatitis C infection
  • You haven’t had chemotherapy in the last 4 weeks and no investigational (study) drug in the last 4 weeks
