Who can take part
- You had a heart attack at least 4 weeks ago
- You have reduced pumping strength on ultrasound (ejection fraction 35% or lower)
- Your heart weakness is not from blocked heart arteries, and has lasted at least 9 months
- You recently got an elective ICD generator replacement for primary prevention within 24 months
- You can give informed consent and are willing/able to complete study steps
- You do NOT have end-stage (NYHA Class IV) heart failure symptoms or a need for a pacemaker right now
